With over 40 years of experience at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP and having tried over 50 high profile cases before juries, judges and arbitrators Evan provides the experience needed for complex disputes. During his time at Cravath, Evan served as the head of the Litigation Department, was the Presiding Partner of the firm, and was the first person ever named Chairman of the firm, leaving him uniquely positioned to take on your matter.

His trial experience involved a wide variety of matters, including antitrust, securities, corporate governance, corporate transactions, intellectual property, environmental and general commercial disputes. He argued dozens of appeals in every federal circuit, the high courts of ten states and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has also taught trial practice at NYU Law School for 15 years.
